Breaking News!! Fannie Mae To Allow Renting Instead of Foreclosure

Fannie Mae announced today (news article) that they will allow some borrowers of Fannie Mae mortgages to rent their homes from Fannie Mae instead of letting the houses go to foreclosure. They’re calling it a “Deed For Lease” program.
